Recently, I was working out of state and needed a specialty item delivered in Wesley Chapel ASAP. I spoke with Gina, who patiently walked me through the process. On the same day, Gina personally delivered the item to a nearby residence. The item was of good quality and it made a positive impact in the life of the recipient. It wasn't a given that this request could be fulfilled on a late weekday afternoon. Gina, however, helped make it happen and did so with a friendly demeanor.
